BlissPop ROM for LG G3! [Android 6.0.1]

For this week’s ROM of the Week, check out the latest BlissPop ROM.

Based on latest Android 6.0.1, BlissPop Marshmallow ROM brings you the latest and greatest performance and features from Android Marshmallow.  While I was rather impressed with Fulmics ROM, I did have some lag issues at times and decided to try a pure AOSP ROM.  Well, this certainly is one of the best AOSP ROMs you can install for your LG G3 but it is currently only available on T-Mobile LG G3 D851.  (It may work on other GSM models so if you are a flasholic, please try and let me know and I will update this.)

How to Convert your LG G3 into LG G5 with Marshmallow! [Fulmics ROM]

Everyone has been literally raving about this new ROM that converts your LG G3 into LG G5.  Yes, that ROM is called the Fulmics ROM.

Ported from LG G5, you will get to enjoy the all-new LG UX 5.0 and apps from LG G5, converting your G3 into G5 as far as everything goes with the software.  Of course, anything that requires actual G5 hardware is not possible such as fingerprint sensor or camera.

XOSP ROM for T-Mobile LG G3! [Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow]

For those of you looking for a solid Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow ROM for your T-Mobile LG G3 D851, definitely check out the XOSP ROM.

XOSP, short for “Xperia Open Source Project”, is a custom ROM that aims to bring users Xperia UI/apps/features on top of CyanogenMod ROM.  For those of you who like Sony everything, this may be the perfect ROM for you as it comes loaded with Xperia Z5 launcher, apps, and theme.   Of course, even if you don’t appreciate the Xperia stuff, the XOSP ROM performs flawless in terms of great performance and battery life.

Android 6.0 + Root for LG G3! [CM13 ROM]

For those of you looking to experience Android 6.0 Marshmallow with root today (not when LG updates in a few months), you can grab the latest CM13 ROM from CyanogenMod Team. These are official nightlies from CM Team and upon testing them as daily driver, I found them nearly flawless.

Almost everything works out of the box so far that I’ve tested including voice, data, bluetooth, NFC, etc…etc… The only thing not working was the 4K video recording but 1080P video recording and still camera works flawless.

BlissPop ROM for LG G3! [Lollipop/Android 5.0.2]

If you are looking for a good Android 5.0.2 Lollipop AOSP ROM (What is AOSP?), then definitely check out the BlissPop ROM.

Based on latest Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, BlissPop is a highly-modified version of CM12, bringing you a ton of customizations including some features from Android 5.1.  I know Android 5.1 just came out and one of the coolest features is its drop-down WiFi menu so you can easily switch your wireless network.  Well, with BlissPop, you get pretty much the same feature with its Bliss Interface in Settings.
